We have designed eHPCC™ with intent of eliminating the time-consuming, obscure, hazardous, lifting, handling and fastening practices used to re-line conventional equipment.
Here below is a video story-board of eHPCC™ re-line activity. Note: the design philosophy removes the confined space, eliminates horizontal handling, minimises the number of vertical lifts and minimizes the time to achieve a grinding-chamber re-line. The optional rotable-spare grinding-element-assembly (complete with the highest loaded bearings in the machine) can be adopted to minimize down-time and time-pressure on the maintenance team. The rotable-spare can be maintained in a controlled-safe-workshop.
eHPCC™ eliminates conventional recirculating process flows and associated equipment; this reduces exposure to occupation health and safety risks.
